Fog or Streaks Between the Door Panes

A Wolf oven window is a pack of glass panes with air between them, and Wolf leaves it unsealed so the glass can expand and contract with the heat. That gap is where moisture condenses. Wolf ties how much appears to the setting, the cooking time and how wet the food is, and it usually clears as the oven cools. A little movement in the glass when pressed is by design too; only movement that looks excessive, or a door that no longer performs, is a reason to open it.

Streaks are harder to call. Some sit on the inner face and come away once the oven is cool. A rainbow sheen or faint tint across the whole pane is the tin oxide coating that reflects heat back into the cavity, and Wolf treats it as normal.

How liquid gets in

Wolf warns that a very wet cloth, or cleaner sprayed straight at the door, can run into the pack at its outer corners, and that dust or crumbs can work their way in. The end of an Issaquah remodel, when every surface in the kitchen is cleaned at once, is one moment that can happen. Once it is inside, nothing on the outside will reach it: the door has to come off and the pack be opened, work that is quoted after the diagnosis.
